A graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College, Terra has served as an Executive Assistant and right hand to James Hughes for over a decade. She assists the Management Team in providing impeccable service to clients both directly, and behind the scenes through implementation, management, and oversight of client accounts. Terra is investment licensed and has an unwavering eye for detail, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. She has developed and maintains strong relationships with all of the firm’s corporate investment partners and solutions providers to the advantage of the firm and its clients.
